Customer acknowledges that kitchens are inherently dangerous places, and cooking involves the use of sharp utensils and extremely hot surfaces. Customer agrees to indemnify Party to Cook against actions brought by a third party as a result of such consumption or cooking activities or as a result of Customer's use in any way of the Services provided by Party to Cook.

3. TERMINATION. In the event that Party to Cook at any time reasonably believes that the Customer is in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement or is using Party to Cook services in an unacceptable manner, Party to Cook may immediately terminate this agreement without liability. Party to Cook may terminate this contract with 14 days notice to Customer for any reason or for no reason and return Customer's deposit. Customer may terminate this contract at any time by notifying Party to Cook and forfeit Customer's deposit.

4. NO WARRANTIES. Party to Cook makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, for the services to be provided hereunder. Customer agrees that Party to Cook shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind to Customer, including, but not limited to, those that may result from service interruptions, delays, non-deliveries, or misdeliveries.

5. BILLING POLICIES. Customer is liable for all extra charges incurred at Customer's request. Customer agrees to submit payment in full (less deposits credited) in advance or on our arrival to set up at Customer's event. Customer agrees that submission of credit card information to Party to Cook or PayPal constitutes authorization by Customer for Party to Cook to bill the specified credit card for all fees owed by customer to Party to Cook.

6. AMENDMENTS. Party to Cook reserves the right to make amendments or changes to this agreement with 14 days notice to Customer.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Making a deposit or use of Party to Cook services constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and any amendments thereto regardless of whether such documents have been signed and dated.

8. LITIGATION AND ATTORNEY'S FEES. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, such dispute shall be resolved in Hartford, Connecticut and the prevailing party in any such dispute shall be entitled to reasonable costs, including collection costs, and attorney's fees.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY. This represents the complete agreement and understanding between Party to Cook and Customer with respect to the subject matter herein. In the event that any term or provision of this agreement is held by a court to be unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

BYOB:
We appreciate that many of our clients enjoy wine with food, and we are pleased to accommodate you with BYOB whenever possible. Obviously, events held in some venues will have alcohol restrictions beyond our control.

This is an area where we can save you money! The "bar tab" is often the most expensive part of dining out or entertaining at a restaurant. By providing your own, you can not only realize a tremendous savings, but you can also choose exactly what you want from the large selection at your favorite store.

Diets:
Several themes accommodate dietary restrictions and provide lactose-free, vegetarian, and organic options. Kosher options are not available at this time. Please contact us with your dietary concerns.

Special Events:
We can also provide a unique experience for special events, such as fundraisers and corporate functions. We have several kitchen venue options for parties and events. Please contact us to discuss your event!

Pricing:
For pricing, please refer to our Themes page. Prices shown include a cash discount. Parties on holidays require quotation.

Milage:
Prices include milage to/from your event location in West Hartford. We add milage at the standard IRS rate for parties requiring additional travel.
