This theme offers tremendous versatility since it has something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. Here's how it works...

• Start with an hors d'ouvre
Hummus goes great with this Middle Eastern theme! Other options including fresh-made salads are also available.

• Guests make the kabobs
from a variety of proteins including beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and shellfish (typically extra-jumbo shrimp). You choose which options from our list are on your party menu.

• Veggies are roasted
While guests enjoy appetizers and make kabobs, veggies roast in the oven. This develops great flavors as their natural sugars caramelize and our seasonings come into play.

• Flash-roasting is our unique trick
Since we can't always grill, we developed a high-temperature flash-roasting process to cook kabobs in the oven. It is dependable and works year-round, even in bad weather!

• A starch is included
Your choice of rice or couscous goes great with this theme. Saffron rice is available on request.

• We end with a dessert
While you can choose from a variety of options, chocolate mousse has been a favorite for this party theme.
