Cooking with Fire
This seasonal theme focuses on grilling, and we're not talking about burgers and dogs but "real food" like steak, pork, lamb, shrimp, scallops and an assortment of fresh vegetables.
We will cover the use of gas and hardwood heat sources along with several techniques for adding flavor both before and during the cooking process. While traditionally a "men's sport" women are encouraged to consider this theme too.
We can use your grill or, on request, we can even provide the grill and even a canopy, just in case the weather doesn't cooperate with your plans. Contact us to discuss the options and your menu!
