This is a great first bread class for guests with "yeast anxiety" but also a good extension if they already know how to make bread. We'll traditionally be making buttery breadsticks with (or without) a touch of garlic ... just like the ones at that famous Italian family restaurant.
You will also learn how to turn the same dough into knotted dinner rolls, perfect for an elegant meal. This is a hands-on event; each guest will leave with a batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven.
If you would rather make something else, we can surely find a recipe that's both fun and guaranteed to be successful in a party environment. Our recipes are highly optimized for 2.5 hour classes and some can be made in even less time.
