We appreciate that many of our clients enjoy wine with food, and we are pleased to accommodate you with BYOB whenever possible. Obviously, events held in some venues will have alcohol restrictions beyond our control.

The number of stations at an hors d'oeuvre party depends on the group size. Each station involves 2 ~ 4 guests depending on the item and quantity needed. A party of 12 would typically have 3 ~ 4 stations while a party of 18 might have 6 stations. Larger parties allow more options. Salads involve more people with half working with greens and half making the dressing..
