• Eating one right now...split, buttered and grilled, with wild blueberry jam. Real good!
Linda
• Great class last night. The Paposecos were delicious!
Christine
• Fun class last night and of course great rolls. I brought them to work today and they are already gone!
Tony
• Thank you so much for your enjoyable and very well-run program last night and Mark and I look forward to the future sessions. We both learned so much and had a lot of fun doing it. Of course, we ate some of our samples on the way home and couldn't believe that we had actually created these delicious masterpieces!
Claudia
• re: digital scales... Can you recommend a good place to buy one similar to what we used last night? I also had another question because I don't have great luck with freezing in general. After freezing and defrosting our breads, how do you recommend we reheat the bread for serving?
Claudia
• The scales I have for classes are all from Aldi. They are a specialty item and only stocked a few times each year. Fortunately, this is one of those times and most Aldi stores have limited stock righ now.
Don
• Thaw frozen bread or rolls to room temperature. Then, to reheat, wrap in foil and place in a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes to warm up.
Don
• These rolls had a nice consistency and were very tasty. My bread critic gave them a thumbs up and has asked for another batch! Class was fun and the "newbies" complimented the regulars. Great energy in the class. Thanks Don for another good class.
Mary Ann
• Excellent (Portuguese sweet) bread. One loaf down, one sliced in the freezer to go. Had some with apple butter, great combo!
Mitch
• A Phillipino friend of mine was pretty impressed with our Spanish Bread. Grew up with it in The Phillipines and has never found it in The States. Really a winner...
Linda
• The Spanish Breads came out really tasty.
Marybeth
