First apartment? Out on your own? Engaged or newly married? Shopping in the frozen food isle? This course is designed specifically for budding cooks and is based on the concept that you should know how to feed yourself and your family wholesome and tasty freshly cooked meals. 4 sessions

This class features some of the instructor's favorite recipes: Steak au Poivre (with guest chef video), Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Artisan Lettuce Salad appetizer and Bananas Foster à la mode dessert. Don't eat beef? Tuna is available for a small up-charge. 1 session

The foundation of pizza is the dough, and Don probably knows more about dough than anyone else in town! You will learn how to make authentic delicious pizza from scratch. We'll cover classics like Neapolitan-style pizza margherita and diversions like white (ricotta) pizza and green (pesto) pizza too. 1 session
