Tribute to Tassajara Breads

52loaves_cover This new course will visit some of the flavors and textures from recipes in The Tassajara Bread Book, once called "The bible for bread baking" by the Washington Post. (click cover)

We will help beginners overcome yeast anxiety and teach seasoned bread makers a few new tricks and techniques. We guarantee you'll have fun, and you will soon be filling your home with the heavenly aroma of fresh baked bread.

This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven. 4 sessions:
• Tuesdays - Feb 27, Mar 6, 13, 20 - 6:30 to 9PM
