We will help beginners overcome yeast anxiety and teach seasoned bread makers a few new tricks and techniques. We guarantee you'll have fun, and you will soon be filling your home with the heavenly aroma of fresh baked bread.
This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven. 4 sessions:
