Afraid of yeast? You're not alone! This class is designed specifically for beginners and will help you overcome "yeast anxiety." We'll be making buttery breadsticks with (or without) a touch of garlic ... just like the ones at that famous Italian family restaurant. You will also learn how to turn the same dough into knotted dinner rolls, perfect for an elegant meal. This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven. 1 session
