Mad About Muffins
This brand new baking class will focus on muffins. We'll make some great recipes from the instructor's own cookbook including favorites like apple-cinnamon chip, cranberry-orange, lemon-poppy, blueberry and more. You will learn how to bake from scratch and get perfect results with pantry ingredients you can have on-hand. This also means you can avoid the preservatives and artificial colors/flavors found in packaged mixes or bake gluten-free if necessary. Come with a friend or by yourself, and parent-child teams are also welcome. This class is usually combined with Bake-by-Weight so you can also learn how to bake using a digital scale instead of measuring cups. It's really easy, and there's a lot less equipment to clean when you're done! 1 session, sometimes on a Saturday morning
