Meals for Entertaining Series:
Steak au Poivre
This class features some of the instructor's favorite recipes: Steak au Poivre (with guest chef video), Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Artisan Lettuce Salad appetizer and Bananas Foster à la mode dessert. We’ll reinforce professional techniques with demos followed by hands-on cooking. Come alone or with a friend to share the fun. A materials fee (payable to instructor) covers the cost of food and supplies. Don't eat beef? Tuna is available for a small up-charge. 1 session
