All-Star Celebrity Dinner:
Tyler’s Ultimate Beef Stew This class features Tyler Florence’s Ultimate Beef Stew with a video guest appearance! Tyler’s fantastic recipe includes a few “secret ingredients” that will surprise you. We’ll also make James Beard’s famous Cream Biscuits to accompany the stew. If that weren’t enough, we’ll finish with Emeril Lagase’s Lemon & Blueberry Bread Pudding for dessert! We’ll reinforce professional techniques with demos followed by hands-on cooking. Come alone or with a friend to share the fun. You will have the option to take your dinner home to enjoy the next day. A materials fee of $15 (payable to instructor) covers the cost of food and supplies. 1 session
